If you wish to proceed, we can arrange our first of 4 one hour meetings, either online or face to face if local to Shepperton, Surrey.

Meetings will take place over 4 weeks,   scheduled convenient to you.

You’ll put into practice our discussions each week and together we will review the         outcomes at the following session.

I am on hand for any support throughout and will keep in contact in between our weekly sessions if needed.

A 4 week program costs £150 

(this is an early 2025 discount of 50% for a limited time).

Any additional weeks after this (if you request any) are charged separately on a week by week basis.
